Epicondylitis

Epicondylitis is a common pathology nowadays. But its causes are often more complicated. It is associated with chronic lesions in the elbow area, mainly from overuse of the joint in repetitive activities. The duration of the pathology can last from months to 2 years. It has also been observed in many studies that it occurs mainly in women from 34 to 54 years of age. It is mainly observed in people who do ergonomic work and in tennis and golf athletes (tennis-golfers elbow). Physiotherapy for epicondylitis of the elbow should be done within a short time from the moment of diagnosis. As it reduces the symptoms in a short time, helping in a quick return to the patient's daily activities.
