Laser Hilterapia

Laser Hilterapia

LASER HILTERAPY (HIGH POWER VISUAL ILLUMINATION). The use of the high power laser (HILT) is an innovative laser therapy created and developed in Italy, but already recognized by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the United States. It is a YAG pulsed Neodymium laser that emits light with wavelengths in the infrared region (1064 nm) and is differentiated from ordinary lasers by its ability to act in depth.

It contributes to the rehabilitation of painful pathological conditions associated with muscles, tendons and ligaments. The energy of the HILT pulse hits the total volume of the treated tissue producing three actions at the same time!

  • Photochemical ACTION
  • Photomechanical ACTION
  • Photothermal ACTION

PHOTOCHEMICAL EFFECTS (CHEMICAL EFFECTS)

  • Increase in protein synthesis
  • Increase in cell metabolism

PHOTOMECHANICAL EFFECTS (MECANICAL EFFECTS)

  • Improvement - stimulation of blood circulation
  • Cellular regeneration - biostimulation

PHOTOTHERMAL EFFECTS

  • Absorption of fluids and liquids
  • Increase in tissue elasticity

As a result, pain disappears and mobility is restored immediately after the very first session

This method is used in hospitals and rehabilitation clinics throughout Italy and in many medical centres worldwide. Treatment for analgesia as well as for reducing inflammation.

It can treat a number of painful pathological conditions such as:

  • A wide range of painful conditions such as: low back pain
  • Low back pain (low back pain, low back pain)
  • Low back pain (cervical cervicitis)
  • Tendinitis (De Quervain's tendonitis)
  • Lymphoedema
  • Back pain (Back pain)
  • Trigger point's therapy (Painful myoperitoneal points)
  • Tennis elbow (tennis elbow)
  • Periarthritis (periarthritis)
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome (Carpal tunnel syndrome)
  • Degenerative Chondromalacia
  • Sprains
  • Post-traumatic oedema
