Shrinkage of a cervical disc herniation in a 51-year-old male patient with a posterior disc herniation in the neck region with a diameter of 6 mm. Which was causing severe pressing phenomena. Rehabilitation was performed after 15 sessions of physiotherapy using innovative rehabilitation equipment and techniques. The patient presented with acute neck and back pain, severe stiffness in the neck area. The patient was wearing a collar and was receiving strong medication to relieve the symptoms. He was unable to keep his head in an upright position. His sleep at night was minimal and intermittent and he was sitting up. The treatment he was receiving was particularly strong but even with this he was not relieved. The patient with the severity of his condition had arranged for surgery in the neck area before starting treatments at our centre.
